Troy Armour is a Creator - a serial entrepreneur, visionary, and the Founder & CEO of Junk Kouture: a global, youth-driven Sport for Creatives that fuses education, circularity, and creativity. With a bold mission to enrich the lives of 1 billion teenagers through creativity and climate-conscious thinking, Troy is leading Junk Kouture’s expansion to 13 iconic cities, culminating in its high-energy, Eurovision-style World Final.

 

Across more than 25 years, Troy has founded and led ventures including Trojan Technologies, Wurkhouse, and Zumaia Music, developing deep expertise in business transformation, digital innovation, and live entertainment. His work has empowered creators and entrepreneurs across sectors — from tech to music — and from classrooms to boardrooms.

 

A passionate advocate for creative education and sustainable change, Troy is an active member of Entrepreneurs' Organization Ireland and previously chaired the GSEA Ireland initiative. As a thought leader, he has shared his vision on many podcasts and on global stages including The World Economic Forum at Davos, the United Nations, New York Climate Week, and the World Conference on the Creative Economy, championing a future where young people are empowered to take bold risks, reimagine systems, and express themselves through creativity, technology, and purpose-driven enterprise.
