Lisa Halter

Lisa completed her initial training in gastronomy and, after a few years of work experience, decided to further her education. She decided to study environmental engineering at ZHAW with a specialization in world food systems and organic agriculture and horticulture. During her studies she was able to put the theoretical content directly into practice on the farm where she worked part-time. At the city of Zurich she manages projects that contribute to the implementation of the city of Zurich's food strategy.
