Dr. Eva-Maria Hempe

Dr. Eva-Maria Hempe leads NVIDIA’s Healthcare & Life Sciences business across EMEA, where she drives both strategic growth, and operational excellence. She aligns cutting-edge AI technologies with the evolving needs of pharmaceutical, medtech and health organisations to deliver scalable, AI-powered solutions that transform patient outcomes.

With over 15 years of international experience in healthcare, strategy, and digital innovation, Eva-Maria is recognized for translating complex market dynamics into actionable strategies and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Prior to NVIDIA, she held leadership roles at VMware, Bain & Company, the World Economic Forum, and the English NHS. She has also served on the board of a care software company.

Eva-Maria holds a PhD in Engineering Design from the University of Cambridge and a master’s degree in Physics from the University of Regensburg.
