Michael D.
Michael D. is an 18-year-old entrepreneur studying at the International School of Zug and Luzern who designs practical, convenient waste systems. After yearly leading waste operations for a community event attended by 1,700 participants, he launched campus waste audits to track recycling and redesign bin placement based on student and staff habits.
Through the Villars Institute, he examines how economic incentives can drive sustainable advancements in agriculture and corporate finance.
He has also completed Wharton Global Youth’s Leadership in the Business World program, and is currently working with Villars Fellows on a funded regional wetland restoration project.
